No. When you submit a rebate for review, we will double check that everything is setup correctly and let you know if changes are needed. Once we approve it, then you can set the rebate amount, define a budget, and then enable it.

We will typically have it reviewed within 2 business days.

Yes. Just, click on the edit button next to the rebate you want to change.

Typically, rebates are setup to apply to all the UPCs within a product category (e.g. all flavors of a 16 oz Kevita beverage). You will be able to specify the exact list of UPCs that the rebate will apply to after your rebate is approved. When the main rebate screen was setup, you should have already written a description of which products the rebate applies.

No. All rebates on BerryCart are single use. However, many sophisticated brands will setup a 2nd rebate that only turns on 5 days after a user redeems the first rebate. These 2nd or 3rd triggered rebates can also be set at a lower rebate amount.

Triggered rebates are a great way to increase engagement and re-enforce a buying habit for your product. To setup these up just send us an email at support@berrycart and let us know which rebate you want to setup a 2nd or 3rd triggered rebate for and the associated rebate amount.

Cost Example:
If you create a rebate for $1.00 and 500 people redeem the rebate, your total cost will be 500 x ($1.00 + $0.50 BerryCart Commission per rebate) = $750.00.

NOTE: BerryCart does not charge for impressions or clicks. You only pay after a customer’s purchase has been verified.

Invoice are sent out monthly for rebates redeemed the previous month. Rebates will be emailed to the billing email address on file.

To change the content of a rebate, send us an email at support@berrycart.com with the new UPCs, image, nutrition info, ingredients, etc. Please allow up to 1 business day for us to make the change.

To change the limit on rebates redeemed each month, send us an email at support@berrycart.com with the rebate and new monthly limit. Please allow up to 1 business day for us to make the change. NOTE: If the current redemptions have exceed the new limit, the total redemption for the month will be equal to the current number of redemptions.
